1. The service

KokiPOS provides point-of-sale, ordering and payments software for hospitality venues. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping staff credentials secure.

3. Fees

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Card processing fees are charged per transaction at the rate confirmed at signup. You may cancel at any time; paid periods are not refunded pro-rata unless required by law.

4. Your data

Your business data remains yours. You can export it at any time. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
